Seaperch Update

Our teams have almost completely finished constructing their vehicle frames.  We'll leave the PVC piping for a moment to assemble the second subsystem, the thrusters!  For this unit, students will waterproof the motors using wax, install propellers, waterproof the tether cable and mount the thrusters onto the frame.
